Vendor Information & Requirements

  • Completed application form must be submitted by August 2, 2026
  • All sections of Section 1 must be completed
  • Section 2 must be reviewed and signed
  • Booth fees are non-refundable
  • Applications received after August 10, 2026 will incur a $2,000 late booth fee
  • Make checks payable to Asian American Retailers Association (AARA)

Permit & Compliance Requirements

  • Permit documentation must be submitted to AARA by August 15, 2026
  • Exhibitors must comply with all Expo Center rules and regulations
  • Exhibitors must obtain an ABC Merchandising Show Permit

Booth Setup & Services

  • Exhibit space assigned on First Come, First Served basis
  • Booth locations assigned randomly
  • AARA reserves the right to adjust floor plans if needed
  • Electric service not included with booth
