Vendor Information & Requirements
| The application form must be returned to AARA by August 27th, 2023. If the form is returned after August 27th then exhibitors will have to pay $1800 for the booth. |
| Exhibitors must fill all the sections of section 1 of this form and read & sign section 2. |
| Make the check payable to Asian American Retailers Association or AARA. |
| Booth fees is non-refundable. |
| Exhibit hours are Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, 2 PM to 8 PM. Exhibit breakdown begins immediately after the show. All materials must be removed by 11 PM, Wednesday, September 27th, 2023. |
| Exhibitors are responsible to get an ABC Merchandising Show Permit and provide proof of documentation to AARA by September 10th, 2023. |
| Electric is not included. If you require electric service at your booth, please fill out the form to purchase electric service and return it to the NJ Expo Center by September 10th, 2023. The electric service form is on AARA Website and is also given with this Packet. Purchases of electricity after September 10th, 2023 will incur late fees. |
| Exhibit locations will be assigned randomly and on a First Come, First Served basis. AARA reserves the right to alter the floor plan to enhance the show. |
| Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Expo Center. |

| The exhibitor agrees and understands Asian American Retailers Association assumes no liability for any loss or damage or liability for any injury to any person resulting from any act or omissions occurring during or in transit to or from the show. Each exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all loss, damage, or destruction of the show site by the exhibitor or any person or property in any way connected with the exhibitor’s display caused by the exhibitor, his agent, and representative or employee. |
